Natural Plant-Based Deodorant
Features:
This product is a natural plant deodorant. It is made from natural plants such as vanilla, benzoin, lemongrass, cloves, etc. as the main raw materials. After extraction and purification, it is mixed and fermented with some surfactants. The active ingredients are vanillin, cinnamic acid, lauryl alcohol, alkaloids, etc. Intermolecular active groups such as conjugated [e] double bonds are present in the extract, which can undergo complexation reactions with different odors, effectively removing malodorous gases such as hydrogen sulfide and ammonia. It can decompose and transform the odor source, effectively degrade the organic matter in the odor source, reduce the content of ammonia and nitrogen, significantly remove the odor, and effectively suppress the recurrence of odor. Experiments have shown that this product can remove 96% of ammonia and 90% of hydrogen sulfide, effectively reducing odor concentration.

Application:
Mainly used in Chemical plants, pharmaceutical factories, kitchen waste treatment plants, slaughterhouses, soybean product factories, breeding farms, sewage treatment plants, garbage transfer stations, garbage treatment plants and other places that produce odors.
Function:
1) Promote the decomposition of organic pollutants, reduce BOD and COD, and purify water quality.
2) Enhance the purification capacity of the sewage treatment system.
3) Eliminate the foul smell in the environment and inhibit the proliferation of harmful pathogenic bacteria.
Instructions for use:
1) Spray deodorization (suitable for odor treatment in places within the controlled open area)
Landfill site as an example: Install a spray device above the garbage pit and spray microbial deodorant working solution onto the dumped garbage every day.
2) Spray deodorization (applicable to the odor treatment of industrial and domestic waste gas)
Paper workshop as an example: Use a spray tower for deodorization after the collection device of industrial waste gas. Depending on the composition of the odor, multi-stage spray towers can be selected to remove the odor. The specific process will be determined by technicians based on the situation on site. The working solution of this product can be added to the circulating water of the spray tower as appropriate based on the air volume and odor concentration.
3) Spray deodorization (for site deodorization)
In the case of a slaughterhouse: In a place with a strong odor, dilute at a ratio of 10-50 times and spray directly onto the source of the odor and the place with a spraying device. The number of sprays should be determined as appropriate based on the situation on site. It is normal for the product to form brownish sediment at the bottom and white foam to float on the surface after long-term storage, which does not affect the deodorization function. Shake well before use.
Package and Storage:
1) This product is packed in 25kg plastic drums or as per customer requirements.
2) This product should be stored in a cool and dark place, with a shelf life of half a year.
3) This product is a microbial product. Deodorization is carried out through the decomposition of microbial active substances. It is non-toxic, has no side effects, no residue, and no secondary pollution. Do not heat this product and do not mix it with chemical disinfectants.
4) The applicable ambient temperature range is 10℃ to 60℃.
5) The formation of brownish sediment at the bottom and white foam floating on the surface after long-term storage of this product is a normal phenomenon and does not affect the deodorization function. Shake well before use.
